Scroll 'n Roll Text Scrolling App Reviews

I have a couple of apps like this one but they were for the iPhone so the display left a bit to be desired on the iPad screen. This app works great.

Does what it is intended for. Nothing more nothing less.

Would not, could not scroll horizontally across a flat screen TV while in mirror mode with the Apple TV. Some of these other features look nice, if you can get this fixed.

It would be nice to be able to send it to somebody! I did like the colors and I like Font options

I like this but only giving 4 stars because it limited use, like the not available options ... 1) using the banner as a reminder but it would be better with a timed alarm 2) activating GPS when arriving to a meeting location

Ya gotta love an app that is this simple to use. I downloaded it because it was offered free one day and I love free. Now I love this. Ill invent lots of ways to play with the kids using this. Theyre young readers and things like this tickle them because now they can decode written messages. No more secrets spelled out. And it will create an incentive for the youngest one to improve his reading skills. Hell want to improve on the time it takes for him to sound out the words. When speaking is forbidden, ScrollnRoll isnt. Right there its got mad kid value. And anytime you can change the font, the text size and color, the background color (!), and scroll speed, you appeal to all of us who understand and appreciate the power of presentation. Presentation - including timing - is everything. An app like this gives you a lot of control over how your message is received. Just imagine the power of a silent message addressed to an oblivious boss who is running a meeting if, on a screaming yellow background, scrolls a message in enormous red letters: "Booger. Right Nostril!"

Everything it says it will do.... It does! And does great! I like the app. I just have no use for it. I downloaded it when it was free on appsgonefree (which I love!!!!!) and I love free! I have played around with it. Its simple and easy to use. Just I have no use for it! But otherwise... Its great!

It s great for the classroom but can you fix it so it scrolls horizontally on TV.

Would be nice if it had a live preview of speeds. I cant use it because the message speed is too slow and the message length is limited to a sentence.

I have trouble getting the app to scroll the right way. It doesnt matter how I position my iPad, it displays the letters sideways when I project it with AppleTV.

The app is actually really good and quite useful. My wife and I use it a lot if one is in line for something and the other is waiting with the kids. However not being able to save messages is a drag. You have to retype your message every time you open the app. If you could store messages I would give it a five for sure!

What the hell is the point? Does it seriously scroll your message one time? Yes, It scrolls your message once and closes the app!!!!! What the ****! Are you serious?
